This position is reponsible to ensure exceptional and efficient quality service by providing leadership, coaching and motivation to the staff to meet the goals of the branch. The Branch Manager leads a team of Member Service Representatives, Member Service Representative-Lead, Consumer Loan Officers and an Assistant Branch Manager. Promotes the 1st CCU Way Service. Develops staff, provides direction and oversees all aspects of the branch operations. We prefer an individual that has proven leadership and coaching experience, has worked in an environment where you can set goals, provide a budget and assist in the overall annual planning of the branch and give input to the organizational goals. A Bachelors degree in a business-related field and/or four years of financial sales and lending background and proven supervisory experience is required. Successful candidate will be able to communicate professionally, delegate, stay organized and have an ability to multi task. No two days are the same and you'll be on the go throughout your day. The majority of this position is performed in a normal office environment, with standing, climbing and lifting various objects required on an occasional basis. Knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office, along with various office machines/equipment required. Basic mathematical knowledge required. Valid WI driver's license required.
