Back-to-School Clinic

Join us for a Back-to-School Clinic during our National Health Center Week Celebration. The clinic will be located at Scenic Bluffs in Norwalk (gym) on Thursday, August 7th from 1-6 PM. The Back-to-School Clinic is designed to support your child’s health and school readiness—all in one stop! Families can access a wide range of healthcare services and pick up essential school supplies (while supplies last). Services offered include: • Well-child checkups • Sports physicals • Immunizations • Community resources • FREE school supplies (while supplies last!)
