Event Description:
Sparta's Holiday Lights in the Park Lighting Ceremony will follow the Holiday Parade. Evans Bosshard Park (along Hwy 16E) is decorated with thousands of lights and ground displays. A special display of large wooden Holiday Cards painted by school children, Scouts and Church Youth Groups is on display, along with Memorial wreaths and decorated Christmas trees.
Santa Claus will be available for picture with kids. Hot food and drink is also available. Join in the singing of Christmas Carols around the bonfire. Be sure to bring a non-perishable food item for the food pantry!
